Skill Verification: Machine Tooling
Our Machine Tooling Level 3 and Level 2 programs provide comprehensive exposure to manufacturing equipment and processes. Engineers develop proficiency in lathes, grinders, surface grinders, and drilling machines while mastering assembly, measurement, quality control, and safety protocols.
Program Objectives
This skill verification gives engineers hands-on exposure to critical manufacturing equipment including lathes, grinders, surface grinders, and drilling machines. Participants master the complete process: equipment setup, drawing interpretation, precision adjustment, accurate measurement, quality control verification, and comprehensive safety procedures.

Launched in FY2024, our Mechatronics category represents the cutting edge of manufacturing technology training. This program develops core competencies in machinery assembly, calibration, and fine-tuning—essential skills for modern precision manufacturing.
