The 3E certification requires comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, safety procedures, equipment operation, and emergency response protocols. License holders are qualified to work on high-voltage systems and complex electrical equipment throughout our manufacturing facilities.

The Manufacturing Adjustment program develops technically proficient personnel capable of advanced tooling maintenance and equipment setup. This intensive training imparts critical technologies and skills essential for maintaining manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Skill Verification: Machine Tooling

Our Machine Tooling Level 3 and Level 2 programs provide comprehensive exposure to manufacturing equipment and processes. Engineers develop proficiency in lathes, grinders, surface grinders, and drilling machines while mastering assembly, measurement, quality control, and safety protocols.

Program Objectives

This skill verification gives engineers hands-on exposure to critical manufacturing equipment including lathes, grinders, surface grinders, and drilling machines. Participants master the complete process: equipment setup, drawing interpretation, precision adjustment, accurate measurement, quality control verification, and comprehensive safety procedures.

Program Overview

Launched in FY2024, our Mechatronics category represents the cutting edge of manufacturing technology training. This program develops core competencies in machinery assembly, calibration, and fine-tuning—essential skills for modern precision manufacturing.

Learning Objectives

  • Master mechanical assembly techniques for precision equipment
  • Develop calibration and adjustment expertise for automated systems
  • Understand integration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems

Competitors assemble and calibrate sophisticated training kits featuring motor-axis coupling systems, testing their ability to achieve precise tolerances under timed conditions.

Our custom mechatronics training kit integrates motor control, precision coupling alignment, and mechanical assembly challenges. Trainees must demonstrate proficiency in:

SVC: Machine Control PLC

Program Objectives

Our PLC programming initiative provides comprehensive training in fundamental and applied mechatronics for tooling and maintenance applications. We develop capable engineers who can design, program, and troubleshoot automated systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
